| Abstract: | The intensity of electroluminescence from an electroluminescent phosphor (electrophosphor) excited by unipolar voltage pulses with a linear front is studied. Based on experimental data, an expression for the free carrier emission rate in a planar electroluminescent capacitor with the polarization mechanism of luminescence is derived. |
