微波水热合成镧掺杂钛酸铋粉体初探

摘    要:以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O、TiCl4和La(NO3)3·6H2O为原料,KOH为矿化剂,采用微波水热法合成了镧掺杂钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12)粉体.借助XRD、SEM和EDS对粉体的组成、形貌作了分析.当确定微波水热釜的填充比为30%或40%,将前驱物在200℃反应110 min,可得到单一组成的镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12粉体;当填充比减小为20%,而其他条件不变,只得到Bi4Ti3O12粉体.SEM结果表明,镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12的形貌为纳米晶须状,而Bi4 Ti3O12为板片状结构.EDS分析结果表明,镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12的化学组成为B13.5La0.5 Ti3O12.

Abstract:The microwave-hydrothermal method was utilized to fabricate La-doped Bi4 Ti3O12 powders using Bi microstructure of the synthesized powders were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS analysis.Single-phase BLT powders could be obtained by microwave-hydrothermal method at 200℃ for 110 min with the filling ratio of 30% or 40%,while only Bi4 Ti3O12 was formed when the filling ratio was 20% and the other conditions were invariable.The SEM showed BLT was nano-whiskers instead of plate shape of Bi4 Ti3O12.The composition of BLT synthesized in the experiment was consistent with the stoichiometric ratio of Bi3.5 La0.5 Ti3O12 on the whole according to EDS results.
