气门顶杆热挤压模具的寿命分析

摘    要:分析了气门顶杆热挤压工艺及模具失效形式 ,电镜观察显示犁削磨损和热疲劳龟裂形成剥落坑是模具失效的主要原因。为此分别采用高速钢、基体钢和钢结硬质合金作为凹模镶块材料进行生产试验 ,结果证明钢结硬质合金镶块模具的使用寿命明显高于其它模具钢 ,能满足实际生产要求 ,但高温润滑仍是亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:In this paper,the hot extrusion processes of valve stems and the inactive ways of the die are analyzed.Through SEM observation,it was found out that the reason of the die's failure is mainly due to groove wears and spalling cavities caused by thermal fatigue cracks.So, high speed steel,matrix steel and carbide steel sintered alloy are used as insert materials for hot extrusion die separately,and it has been proved that carbide steel sintered alloy is the most suitable.However,the lubrication at elevated temperature for the die will be a problem to be resolved in a hurry.
