摘    要:利用相位随机化产生替代数据的方法对减振器动力系统台架实验和实车实验的数据序列进行分析,并编制了相应的计算程序.结果表明,具有异常响声的减振器实测数据序列出现混沌现象,而性能良好的减振器实测数据序列没有出现混沌现象.减振器动力系统中产生混沌现象对该系统的性能产生不良影响,这为减振器设计和改进提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The test data time series measured from bench and real road tests for twin tube hydraulic shock absorbers were analyzed by means of the phase random method and surrogate data procedure. A special program for numerical treatment of those data was coded for the nonlinear dynamic system of the absorbers. It was indicated by computational results and comparisons that chaotic phenomena takes place in the test data time series for the shock absorbers with abnormal noise, whereas no chaotic evidence appears in dynamic responses of the well performed absorbers. Negative influence of the chaos excited in the dynamic system on mechanical behaviors of the shock absorbers is recognized to be considerable. This finding is of significance and provides theoretical criteria for designers of the twin tube hydraulic shock absorbers.
