非标记光反射干涉生物传感器及其检测模型的构建

摘    要:构建了基于反射光干涉生物传感器检测系统,用原子力学显微镜对传感单元的表面进行了表征,对检测系统传感单元进行优化,以人IgG和抗人IgG为模型建立了反射光干涉生物传感器的应用模型。结果表明:应用甩膜法构建的传感单元具有较平整的表面,以二氧化钛为干涉增强层的传感单元具有低背景信号,检测光学厚度信号与检测浓度之间具有很好的线性相关性。建立的非标记检测系统在环境、食品安全检测、药物筛选及生物材料等多方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The reflectometry interference spectroscopic(RIFS)biosensor was set up.The sensing chip was characterized and optimized.The detecting model was established by the human IgG and anti-human IgG.The results show the surface of sensing chip produced by the spin-coating method is smooth.The base line signal based on the TiO2 interference enhance layer is low.There is a good linear relationship between the optical thickness and the detected concentration.This label-free detecting system has a broad application future in the environment,food safety,drug screening and biomaterials.
