Abstract:An improved numerical modelling technique for predicting the detaited performance and characteristics of Oxford refrigerator is suggested in this paper. A variety of physical factors, such as gas flow friction, heat transfer in the heat exchanger and regenerator ect., are included in order to improve the accuracy of the model. The computer program developed runs successfully on a personal computer.
