摘    要:随着锅元素与人类日常生活关系的日益密切,对生物样品中铝的分析研究也越来越重要。本文选用四甲基氢氧化铵为溶剂分解样品,通过选择分析波长,石墨炉升温程序等分析条件,对小白鼠体内七种脏器进行了直接分析,方法简单快速,得到了较好的回收率和精密度。

Abstract:This paper proposes a direct method for determining aluminium element in seven viscera of mouse with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. We selected tetramethylammonium hydroxide as solvent to dissolve samples, and selected optimum analytical conditions, such as analytical wavelength, heating program and so on. This method is very simple. The recovery and precision are satisfactory.
