摘    要:本文将高碱值磺酸钙与复合钛基润滑脂融合,制备出一种新的复合磺酸钙-钛基润滑脂,并对其理化性能、摩擦学性能及机理进行了研究分析.结果表明:新的复合磺酸钙-钛基润滑脂在摩擦表面生成了含有二氧化钛的摩擦保护膜,有效降低了摩擦系数并在常温条件下表现出优异的润滑性能.同时高温下摩擦表面生成了更多的含硫酸盐成分,而生成的二氧化钛含量相对减少,高温条件下呈现减摩性能优异,但抗磨损性能降低的特点.

Abstract:This paper aims to fuse the transformed overbased calcium sulfonate and titanium complex grease, get a new sulfoacid calcium-titanium complex grease, and its physical and chemical properties, tribological properties and tribological mechanism were studied and analyzed. The results show that the new sulfoacid calcium - titanium complex grease generated friction protective films, effectively reducing the friction coefficient and showed excellent lubricating properties under room temperature conditions. Friction surface generated more sulfate-containing components, and reduced titanium dioxide content under high temperature conditions, show excellent reducing friction properties and weak anti-wear properties.
