光数据传输系统中LD驱动技术研究

摘    要:本文以MAXIM公司的MAX3735A芯片为核心详细介绍了激光数据传输系统中半导体激光器的驱动电路设计技术,给出了方案中的各种关键参数,并将实验结果和设计指标进行了对比。实验表明,本文介绍的设计方案是一种有效可行的驱动方案,能够在长期的运行中有效地保证激光器输出功率的稳定。

Abstract:The driving technology of a laser diode in a laser communication system is discussed in this paper in detail, based on the MAX3735A , and the most important parameters and their calculating of the discussed circuit are also given. The comparison is made between the experiment result and the designed feature, and it proves that the design presented in this article is an efficient laser driving solution, which makes sure that the laser output power is stable during it's life time.
