强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成马来酸二异戊酯

摘    要:以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂催化异戊醇与马来酸酐反应合成了马来酸二异戊酯。在马来酸酐50mmol,异戊醇200mmol和强酸性阳离子交换树脂4.0g,回流分水60min的条件下,马来酸二异戊酯收率达92.2%,树脂重复使用5次,其活性未发生明显的变化。

Synthesis of Diisopentyl Maleate Catalyzed by Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin

Abstract:The synthesis of diisopentyl maleate from isopentyl alcohol and maleic anhydride using a strong acid cation exchange resin as a catalyst has been studied. When 50mmol maleic anhydride and 200mmol isopentyl alcohol were refluxed to segregate water for 60min in the presence of 4.0g strong acid cation exchange resin, diisopentyl maleate was obtained with 92.2% yield. The resin was reused for 5 times without any obvious less of catalytic activity.
