On Carlitz's q-Bernoulli numbers |

| Abstract: | Properties of q-extensions of Bernoulli numbers and polynomials which generalize those satisfied by Bk and Bk(x) are used to construct q-extensions of p-adic measures and define a q-extension of p-adic Dirichlet L-series. |
