摘    要:汽轮机低压转子是电厂重要的转动设备,高速旋转的过程可能导致叶片叶根裂纹产生,从而影响到低压转子的安全运行。通过对汽轮机转子枞树型叶根超声相控阵检测技术研究,掌握不同位置叶根缺陷信号的判断方法。检测结果表明:开发超声相控阵检验技术应用效果良好,在保证电厂汽轮机安全、可靠运行方面起了重要的作用。

Abstract:The steam turbine low-pressure rotor is one of the most important rotation equipments used in nuclear power plant and the steam turbine blade is likely to engender crack in the root position,which eventually affects the safety working of low-pressure rotor.Through the analysis of the new ultrasonic phase-array detection method for turbine blade fir tree root,the way to judge the root defect signals is obtained,which is based on the blade root testing technology.The test results indicate that the proposed technique has good application effects,and the development of the ultrasonic phase-array technology of blade root has great significance for the safe and reliable operation of steam turbine used in power plant.
