Abstract: | In studying the dielectric properties of material T-8000, a difference was discovered in the effects of electron and proton irradiation on dielectric permeability ( ) and dielectric loss angle tangent (tan ). It is assumed that upon irradiation with protons having higher energy (4.25 MeV) the processes of titanium, zirconate, and barium ion displacement occur with greater probability than upon irradiation with electrons whose energy does not exceed 1.2 MeV.
