How the Public Library to Deal with the Challenges of Social Aging

This paper expounds briefly the features of our country's aging population, analyzes the challenges brought about by the aging population to the development of the public libraries in aspects of the service objects, and undertaking expenditures, etc., and points out that the library should adopt corresponding countermeasures in resources allocation, resources sharing, development planning, policies and regulations and other aspects for promoting the healthy development of libraries.
