逆向工程在鞋楦自由曲面重建中的应用

鞋楦是制鞋工艺中鞋型款式的基准，是制鞋的基础．目前，如何快速建立鞋楦3D自由曲面模型是鞋楦设计制作及鞋底模具制作的重要课题之一．基于此，本文导入逆向工程技术，阐述了其在鞋业中的应用．着重讨论了鞋楦3D自由曲面重建的关键技术，并建立了鞋楦的逆向处理流程，实现了鞋楦3D自由曲面模型的快速重建．对逆向工程技术在鞋业中的具体应用和深化推广有一定的意义．

Application of the reverse engineering in the shoe last free-form surface reconstruction

Last is the benchmark of shoe style in the shoemaking technology and the foundation of shoemaking. At present, how to constitute the last 3D free-form surface model rapidly is one of the important subjects about the last design and the sole mould manufacture. Because of this, the reverse engineering technology is led this paper, and its application in the shoes industry is expatiated. The key techniques of the last 3D free-form surface reconstruction are discussed emphatically. The reverse treatment procedure of the last is set up, and the fast reconstruction of the last 3D free-form surface model is realized also. This has certain directive significance to the concrete application and further popularization of reverse engineering technology in the shoes industry.
