Symplectic topology on subcritical manifolds |

| Abstract: | We introduce a new class of closed symplectic manifolds called subcritical. These manifolds are closed analogues of subcritical Stein manifolds. We study symplectic and Lagrangian embeddings into such manifolds and into their hyperplane sections. Received: November 13, 2000 |
