| Abstract: | This paper used laser holographic interferometry to measure the poisson's ratio of cortical bone of the fresh human mandible in the occlusogingival direction.The hologram is handled with the picture analyse system of photo-pen microcomputer.The measurement process is fast,simple and convenient; the measuring results are accurate. |
