| Abstract: | B(C(6)F(5))(3) promotes regio- and stereoselective cyclizations of unsaturated alkoxysilanes to generate oxasilinanes and oxasilepanes. The same products are available directly from alkenols via tandem silylation and hydrosilylation. |
