摘    要:以怀地黄85-5无菌苗的叶片为外植体,接种到含有不同浓度植物生长物质的MS培养基上,可诱导愈伤组织,进而可分化出芽和根,从而实现了由叶片到完整植株的快速繁殖.本实验着重研究了不同浓度的6-BA对怀地黄叶片愈伤组织芽的分化的影响,及在何种浓度诱导愈伤组织和芽的分化时间最短.结果表明培养基中加入1.0 mg.L-1的6-BA最有利于怀地黄愈伤组织芽的分化,同时,在该浓度芽的分化所需时间最短.这种经快速诱导形成的不定芽经生根培养后可进行移栽,移栽后成活率可达90%.

Abstract:Leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch 85-5 bacteria-free seedling were used as explants,were inculated to Ms Medium that contains different concentrations of plant growth substances and then induce callus,differentiating roots and buds,thus achieving rapid propagation from leaves to intact plantlet.The experiment focuses on the effects on the bus differentiation of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch callus made by the different concentration of 6-BA substance;and also which concentration will induce the differentiation of the callus and buds,in the shortest time.The result reveals that it can do the best to the differentiation of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch callus and buds to add 1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA substance to the Medium,which can make it in the shortest time,The unfixed buds from rapid inducement are able to be transplanted after rooting and the success rate can reach around 90%.
