Abstract: | The various steps for the structural analysis of a hemoglobin molecule (protein isolation, peptide purification, amino acid composition) can be achieved by the unique use of high-performance liquid chromatography. Reversal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is of special interest for the identification of neutral variants of hemoglobin. |
