X-ray observation of anharmonicity in cadmium selenide |

| Abstract: | X-ray intensity measurements of selected Bragg reflections in hexagonal cadmium selenide have been interpreted within the framework of the one-particle potential. An estimate of the anharmonic parameter characterizing the thermal motion in the basal plane is obtained. |
