| 摘 要： | 本文研究了制备作为生物大分子载体-脂质体的最适条件和方法.发现脂质体在适当温度下.放置数天后其体积明显增大,为制备适于与原生质体融合的脂质体,提供了一个简便易行的方法.并对脂质体与原生质体的融合,进行了初探。

| Abstract: | The paper studied optimal condition and method of the liposomc-prcparation. The results showed that, the liposomc strikingly increase Us volume in setting a few days after Under our experimental condition. It seems that, this method very useful for liposomc-prc-parc in protoplast fusion ofpactinasc strain Asp3.396. |
