摘    要:介绍了特高压OPGW(光纤复合架空地线)工程应用。从特高压OPGW产品的实现方面,分析光纤附加衰减的产生原因。通过对特高压OPGW生产过程中的光纤喷环工艺、光纤着色工艺、不锈钢光单元造管工艺的不同工艺方法的对比,优化对光纤附加衰减的工艺控制,实现了产品光纤附加衰减指标满足相关电力行业标准的同时达到客户的需求值,最终得到适宜特高压工程用OPGW生产光纤附加衰减控制的最佳工艺实现方案。

Abstract:The engineering application of ultra high voltage(UHV)optical fiber composite overhead ground wire(OPGW)is introduced.From the realization of UHV OPGW products,the causes of optical fiber additional attenuation are analyzed.By comparing the different process methods of optical fiber spray ring,optical fiber coloring and stainless steel optical unit piping in UHV OPGW production process,the process control of optical fiber additional attenuation is optimized,and the optical fiber additional attenuation index is realized to meet the relevant standards of power industry and meet the customer’s demand value.Finally,the optimum process realization scheme of optical fiber additional attenuation control suitable for UHV engineering OPGW production is obtained.
