| Abstract: | In order to obtain 5(4)-aminoimidazole-4(5)carboxamide antagonists, the.hydrazides of 5(4)-aminoimidazole-4(5)-carboxylic acid and 5(4)-aminoimidazole-4(5)hydroxamic acid were synthesized, and the reaction of 5(4)-bromo-4(5)sulfamoylimidazole with amines was studied.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 10, pp. 1421–1422, October, 1971. |
