| Abstract: | A series of technical composite suspension polymerized poly vinyl chloride products with additions of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (Levapren 450M. 45 wt % VAc) have been investigated with NMR. Partial compatibility is found in these samples, and the phase conditions have been shown to be very much dependent upon the methods of forming of the materials. Complete phase separation is observed after prolonged heating. |
