| 摘 要： | 在硫酸铜—磷酸体络通过筛选氧化剂，增加辅助成膜剂和金属离子络合剂，应用正交试验开发了一种不含亚硝酸盐和硒化物的低毒常温发黑剂。用45#钢和A3钢样试验表明发黑层，较原含硒发黑剂具有更好的结合力和防蚀性。

| Abstract: | A new nitriteless and seleniumless low toxic room temperature blackening solution for iron and steel was developed by using orthogonal experiment methed to select oxidants and additive assistance filmogen for the basic selulion contaldring copper suifate pentehy drite and phosholic acid. No 45 and A3 steel sheets to be blackened, Compared with those of traditional blackening solution containing selenium,the adhesion and cormsion resistance of the coating of the new blackening solution are improved. |
