| Abstract: | This paper summarizes application of recruiting network in INTERNET,then put forward new ideas of service of one site to wards government and enterprise unit selecting talents.We have researched and implemented at detail with talent recruiting and filiter after put for ward analyzing modle of talent estimating. |
