激光电致发光薄膜屏的高压脉冲电源

摘    要:这种脉冲电源的设计不同于市售的脉冲电源,它具有电路结构简单,体积小,电压高,正负脉冲叠加,具有快的上升时间,稳定性能好等特点。最适合于做为电致发光屏和电致发光薄膜屏的激发源。是测量发光屏的强度、寿命、时间分辨光谱的非常适用的激发源。

Abstract:This new pulse power supply is different from general pulse power supply.It is simple in circut structure and small volume,high power supply,overlap of position and negative. It is faster on rise time and high stability.The pulse power supply as the exciting source is particularly applied to EL and EL thin film display devise and to measure EL life-time,intensity,time-resolved spectra.
