细长轴纵向磨削波纹形成机理的研究

摘    要:本文建立了柔性工件纵向磨削过程中表面形成机理的理论模型。对细长轴磨削中出现的波纹进行了试验分析,并在模型基础上进行了模拟计算,揭示了波纹的形成机理。结果表明,柔性工件在纵向磨削过程中应考虑工件转角、磨削面积补偿等因素。这些因素对波纹形成、工件表面形成、砂轮磨损将产生重要影响。

Abstract:Develops a basic model to describe the surface formation mechanism of aflexible part due to traverse grinding. Experimental investigation were madeto analyze the formation of surface waveness of a long and thin workpieceground. Based on the model, a simulative computation reveals that it is neces-sary to take account of such factors as inclination of workpiece and compensa-tion of ground area, etc. It is proved that for flexible parts these factors havegreat effects on the formations of surface and its waveness and wheel weara-bility.
