| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来食品中氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分析方法。分别对样品预处理、色谱检测方法以及近年来发展起来的新技术,如超临界流体色谱、色质联用及一些非色谱技术如免疫检测、生物传感器等进行了讨论,并对农残检测的发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Analysis of carbamate pesticide residues in food and its recent development are reviewed with 59 references.The sample preparation and chromatographic methods are mainly introduced.Some new determination methods developed in recent years,such as SFC,GC-MS,HPLC-MS,immunoassay,enzyme inhibition and sensorand are considered.This review also briefly provides some development trends of analysis of pesticide residues in food. |
