| Abstract: | A characteristic property of the isolated invariant sets of a flows is provedby making use of the topological properties of the space of closed subsets. Furthermore,it is given that the finite intersection of isolated invariant sets is always isolated, andit also is illustrated with an example that the infinite intersection of isolated invariantsets is not always isolated. |
