| Abstract: | China is a huge country with an immensity of rich human resources.To develop these human resources is by no means an extremely heavy duty which is closely related to the higher education.The paper holds that the comprehensive development of human resources can be realized by improving the quality of higher education,and by improving the teaching quality so as to adapt to the demand of the society for all types of professional talents in the economic development. |
