强干扰远距离数字信号通信技术分析

摘    要:分析伺服控制现场与伺服控制台(计算机)之间距离较远情况下伺服控制现场执行机构中测量元件输出的小模拟信号经长线传输后对系统精度的影响,描述交伺服控制执行机构中测量元件输出的小模拟信号(计算机处理)数字化后,经串口与伺服控制台高速实时交换测量数字信息及控制命令,该设计方法采用了以往工程中少用的高小以特率,同时引入进程(UNZX操作系统)概念,解决了工程常见的数据交换瓶颈问题,减产了伺服系统的滞后。

Abstract:In case of longer distance between servo-controlled field and servo-controlling station (computer), the effect of the small analog signals outputted from the measuring components of servocontrolled field actuating mechanism on the system accuracy after long distance transmission is analyzed.It is described that the small analog signals outputted from the neasuring components of the servo-controlled actuating mechanism are digitized (computer processing) and thenused to exchange measuring dligital informations and controlling commands with the servo-controlling station through a serial interfacein real time and at a high speed. In this design method,a high band rate which was used seldom in previous engineerings has been put touse and the concept of process (UNZX operating system)has been introduced for solving the bottleneck problem of data exchange often met in engineering and decreasing the hysteresis of servo system.
