摘    要:以N-丙烯酰-1,2-乙二胺盐酸盐(ADE)合成为基础,通过ADE的Michael加成反应制备阳离子超支化聚合物聚N-丙烯酰-1,2-乙二胺盐酸盐(HADE),并对其结构进行了表征。研究表明,50℃下,HADE破乳剂(质量浓度为200 mg/L)对含煤油质量分数5%的水包油(O/W)煤油乳液的除油率可高达95.6%,显示了产品在乳液破乳除油方面良好的发展前景。

Abstract:N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane hydrochloridthe(ADE) was firstly synthesized, and then cationic hyperbranched poly(N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane hydrochloride)(HADE) was prepared by Michael addition reaction of ADE and the structures were characterized in detail. The HADE was utilized as demulsifier for simulating oil/water(O/W) emulsion containing 5% mass fraction kerosene and the result indicates that the oil removal rate can be up to 95.6% at 50 ℃ when HADE demulsifier content ratio is 200 mg/L, impolying a good prospective of HADE demulsifier in demulsification and oil-removal.
