摘    要:基于服务营销理论,以《普通高等学校图书馆规程》和《消费者权益保护法》为主要依据,从高校图书馆提供的服务产品出发,探析了高校图书馆读者权益的起因、概念及其内涵。

Abstract:Based on service marketing theory,and taking The Library Regulations of Common Higher Learning Institutions and Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests as the main bases,this paper probes into the origins,concepts and connotations of the rights and interests of the readers of university library starting from the service products provided by university library.
