Abstract: | Alternating electric field spreading in zigzag carbon nanotube system was studied in the case of low temperatures and applied external electric fields. The electron system of carbon nanotubes was considered macroscopically while the interaction with the phonon subsystem due to the ultrashort pulse of the electromagnetic field was omitted. |
