摘    要:本文通过对磷矿石主、痕量成分分析的研究、建立了采用HF HClO4溶解样品后直接测定磷矿石中主、痕量元素 (9种 )的ICP AES方法。方法的检出限 0 0 0 2 4~ 0 36 μg·mL- 1 ,相对标准偏差为 0 75 %~ 2 5 7% ,适用于磷矿石分析。

Abstract:Through studying the analysis of main and trace elements in phosphate rock, a method is proposed to determine main and trace elements (total 9 elements) in phosphate rock by ICP-AES method with sample dissolved by HF-HClO4. Detected limit is 0.0024-0.36 microgram.mL-1 and RSD is 0.75%-2.57%. This method is suitable for analysis of phosphate rock.
