A model of cholesterol in lipid bilayers |

| Abstract: | We present a lattice model of the thermotropic transition in lipid bilayers which contain cholesterol. Changes in some observed quantities are accounted for and comments are made about the existence of a lipid boundary layer around a cholesterol. |
