| Abstract: | Measurements of the temperature and the magnetic field dependence of the proton spin-lattice relaxation time T1 in KH3 (SeO3)2 show the presence of a dynamic narrow central peak in the local proton fluctuation spectrum the width of which is less than 0.1 MHz. |
