摘    要:针对南京地铁主体工程C30泵送混凝土,从设计强度、工作性、经济性、抗裂防渗性能及耐久性能等4个方面制定了混凝土性能综合评定指标;通过各试验配比混凝土性能检测结果,对南京地铁主体工程C30高性能泵送混凝土进行了综合评估,并推荐工程施工配合比为双掺粉煤灰加矿渣微粉混凝土,活性掺合料掺量为46%~56%,粉煤灰占活性掺合料总量的比例为34%~50%;或为单掺粉煤灰混凝土,粉煤灰掺量为25%~30%,保证了南京地铁工程钢筋混凝土100年耐久性目标的实现.

Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation standard is designed from four key features of concrete: design strength,workability,economy,anti-cracking/water resistance and durability.Through exhaustive analysis of test result concerning various mixed concrete,the pump's C30 high strength concrete contribution to Nanjing subway's construction is also evaluated.The concrete double mixed with flyash and powdered-slag,in which the proportion of active admixture is 46%-56% and the ratio of flyash in the active admixture is 34%-56%,is recommended to be used in construction.The concrete single mixed with flyash,the proportion of which is 25%-30%,is also recommended.In this way,the goal of creating steel-reinforced concrete with 100 year endurance expectation could be achieved.
