基于飞秒激光的光纤切割加工工艺研究

摘    要:为了得到理想的光纤切割断面,利用飞秒激光对石英光纤材料进行切割微加工实验。研究激光功率、脉冲频率、扫描速度等加工参数与光纤切割断面质量间的关系,以寻求最理想的加工参数。最后在可调倾角光纤夹具的辅助下,很好地弥补加工过程中产生的端面倾斜角,得到垂直度高达89.56°的光纤切割断面。

Abstract:In order to get ideal optical fiber cutting section, using femtosecond laser, experimental investigations of cutting on silica fiber are carried out. The relationship between processing parameters and cutting section quality,which includes laser power, laser frequency, and scan speed is disussed to get the most suitable processing parameters. At last, with the help of the fiber fig which can adjust angle, largely compensate for the processing section angle of inclination, vertical degree of optical fiber cutting section could get up to 89.56%.
