配电台区三相动态平衡控制技术研究

摘    要:配电台区的负荷接入前通常要经过三相平衡分配。但是,由于实际负荷的波动性,仍将存在较大的三相不平衡现象,造成了供电质量下降以及损耗增加。而根据运行状态进行动态平衡调整,需要确定切换装置的布点位置。提出了一种实用的配电台区三相不平衡切换装置的优化布点方案,通过历史数据的分析,依次找出最灵敏的切换点,隔离该点以后继续搜寻下一个最灵敏点,形成包含若干个动态切换点的整体布点优化方案。随后,提出并研究了相应的动态平衡控制方法。最后,通过实际场景的数据仿真,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The load in distribution grid is usually balanced divided in three phases. But for the load is fluctuated,there will still be significant unbalance which will lead to bad power quality or large power loss. In order to adjust the dynamic balance according to the running state,it is necessary to determine the location of the switching device. This paper presents a practical method using three-phase switching devices. Based on the analysis of historical data,the most sensitive location is found. Then,one by one the remained locations are determined by excluding the former locations. After the list of compensation location is obtained,the strategy of compensation control is also studied. Finally,the correctness and validity are verified by simulation and comparison.
