| 摘 要： | 二十世纪以来在社会生活领域涌现出了大量的介于政府与社会个体成员之间的社会中介组织,不仅对社会生活产生了重大的影响,同时也有力地推动了法治进程的现代化。在结社自由制度保障之下大量涌现的社会中介组织,是支撑法治运行的社会基础,形成了有效制约国家权力的社会公共力量,改变了弱势群体的力量对比关系,为实现社会实质正义、促进人权保障提供了现实有效的途径。
