基于双PWM的电动扶梯传动系统设计

摘    要:电梯作为一种位能型负载,运行中需要作频繁的升降运动,研究一种能能量再生的电梯控制技术是电梯高质量节能运行的重要保障。双PWM交流传动系统由于其高功率因数、低谐波污染和能量可逆的优点可应用在这个领域。文中首先介绍了PWM整流电路,然后分析了IG-BT整流回馈控制系统,最后提出整流器与逆变器共母线运行的设计方案。

Design of the elevator drive system based on the dual-PWM control

Abstract:As a potential type load, the elevator needed to make frequent lifting movement during the operation process. A renewable energy of elevator control technology is an important safeguard for the elevator high quality running. Due to its advantages of high power factor, low harmonic pollution and energy reversible, dual-PWM AC driver system can be used in the field. At first, this paper introduced the PWM rectifier circuit. Second, it described the IGBT rectifier feedback control. At last, it puts forward with the operational design of inverter and rectifier with the same busbar.
