馈能悬架技术研究综述

摘    要:车辆技术正在朝着电动化、智能化以及网联化方向发展,而作为汽车关键部件的悬架系统也正在发生着技术革新。传统悬架只能被动减振,已越来越不能满足车辆的高性能和高能效需求,主动悬架、馈能悬架技术逐渐成为研究热点。本文系统阐述了馈能悬架的发展历程,简要分析了当前研究现状,并从能量回收方式的不同列举了当前馈能悬架的主要分类,尤其对电磁式馈能悬架的不同类别进行了深入剖析。在此基础之上,探究了馈能悬架发展存在的技术难点,并指出后续馈能悬架技术发展的关键方向。所得结论对馈能悬架技术的发展具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Vehicle technology is developing towards the direction of electrification, intelligentization and network connection. The suspension system, as the key component of the vehicle, is also undergoing technological innovation. The traditional suspension can only be passive, and it has become more and more unable to meet the high performance and high efficiency requirements of the vehicle. The active suspension and the energy fed suspension technology have gradually become the research hotspot. This paper systematically expounds the development process of the energy reclaiming suspension, briefly analyzes the current research status, and lists the main classification of the current energy reclaiming suspension from the different energy recovery methods, especially the different categories of the electromagnetic energy reclaiming suspension. On this basis, it explores the technical difficulties in the development of energy reclaiming suspension, and points out the key direction of the development of subsequent energy reclaiming suspension technology. This paper has important reference value for the development of energy reclaiming suspension technology.
