黑斑蛙早期胚胎发育过程中蛋白酶活性

摘    要:本文采用活性电泳方法,对黑斑蛙(Rana nigrom aculata)早期胚胎发育过程中蛋白酶活性进行了研究.结果如下:尾芽期以前未检测到蛋白酶活性;中性条件下,心跳期检出分子量分别为80、72、66kD的三种蛋白酶;随着胚胎的发育,蛋白酶的种类逐渐增多、活性逐渐增强;三种pH 条件下各时期所检出的酶的种类及活性并不相同,但以中性条件下酶的种类多、活性强.

Abstract:The G-PAGE was used to analyze the proteinase activity of Rana nigromaculata during early embryonic development. The results showed that: ①Before tail bud stage, there was almost no proteinase activity;②At heart beat stage, three kinds of different proteinase 85, 72 and 66kD appeared; ③The activity and the sorts of proteinase increased gradually in the course of embryonic development.④Under three pH conditions, the activity and the sorts of proteinase was different. The hightest was at pH 7.0.
