毛纺染色中的系统化优化控制

摘    要:途述了针对毛纺织企业的特点实施自动化改造的一种方法。以十台毛条常温染色缸为被控制对象,综合考虑公共资源,构成系统化的自动控制,减少了控制设备的硬件资源、降低了自动化改造的成本。在系统化的基础上采用大系统控制理论及高级控制技术实现了优化控制,使控制精度达到最佳。从而以集中科学管理和分散高精度控制的模式,完成温度程序设定曲线。这种方式所获得的控制效果和经济效益是单机控制方式明显不及的。

Abstract:The paper introduces a useful method that is to use systematizing and advanced control bettes optimal control in dyeing technology computer automatic control to accomplish temperature process set curve under centralized scientific management and distributed high pricious control mode according to the features of wool textile enterprise.Recent years, some internal dyeing industry has being han some profitable attempt in the dyeing technology's automatic control and manufactured many program controller, it is very useful to steady dyeing quality and improve warking condition. However it is because of no systematiation and only by single computer to put into automatic reform, it restricts the way to the CIMS. This method takes the CIMS prospect as a objective. It has built the systematizing control model of the heat supply system and more dyeing vats system,applied imitation technique and on-line discriminate technique to search for the most splendid of the system.
