摘    要:筛选到一株能高效转化薯蓣皂苷生成薯蓣皂苷元的菌株,并进行液体发酵转化,HPLC检测发酵前后薯蓣皂苷及薯蓣皂苷元含量的变化,表明经菌株的转化作用后,黄姜中的薯蓣皂苷生成薯蓣皂苷元.本研究对发酵条件包括培养基成份,底物浓度,装量,接种量,转速进行优化,并找到充分利用黄姜的生态环保的预处理方法,建立了一种高效清洁的薯蓣皂苷元生产工艺.

Abstract:A strain was screened to efficiently transform dioscin into diosgenin, and to perform the liquid fermentation. The results by HPLC demonstrated that the content of dioscin and diosgenin changed after fermentation, and that dioscin converted into diosgenin in D. zingiberensis C. H.Wright by transformation. The optimum fermentation condition include culture medium components, substrate content, liquid volume, inoculation, rotate speed. Find out the eco-friendly pretreatment method which can make full use of D.zingiberensis C.H.Wright. And establish a high efficient and clean method for the production process of the D.zingiberensis C.H.Wright
