| 摘 要： | 本文应用定量结构－性质相关对脂肪醇，醛，酸、胺的色谱保留值进行了预测，对比讨论了非正交变量和正交主成分与色谱保留值的相关性。结果表明，用主成分获得的数学模型更加稳定，能更准确地预测脂肪醇，醛，酸，胺的色谱保留值。
