新型脱除SO2催化剂的研究

摘    要:采用离子交换法对天然丝光沸石材料进行改性制备,获取高效、廉价且再生性能好的新型S02脱除催化剂,SO2脱除效率提高近1倍,达到89%,具有工业应用价值.并利用FT—IR和XPS及计算机软件CERIUS^2对有关机理进行了研究,确定新型二氧化硫脱除催化剂的作用机理和材料制备工艺.

Abstract:Natural mordenite was modified by ion exchange with metallic ion to get an effective and inexpensive catalyst for the removal of SO 2. The catalyst having a desulfurization rate of about 89% can be used in the industrial desulfurization of flue gas. FT IR, XPS and CERIUS 2 have been applied in the study of the mechanism of SO 2 removal with natural mordenite modified by Fe 3+ and in the method of preparation of the catalyst.
